A team of 10 information center professionals work in multiple locations. Some members are veterans of the parent company others are transfers into the company from corporate acquisitions. Some are young with little professional experience; others are close to retirement and resistant to change.

The challenge: bring the entire team together to establish goals and create a must have new service offering that will answer the company leadership’s call for competitive advantage delivery based upon the organization’s information assets.
