What is your best marketing tip?
Today, I employed my best tip and a few hours later I received a phone call. How do you reach customers? How do reach clients that you haven’t done business with in months or years?
The personal touch is the most effective method of marketing I know. Relationships are important. If you don’t follow-up and follow-through on projects you will have nothing to market. Not listening is an even greater danger.
Knowing that your customers already know what they need but that need may require tweaking so that they can reach their business goals is important to keep in mind. So listen and follow-up with peripheral information that is targeted directly to the client.
Soon you will have the satisfaction of hearing: “yes our client was able to settle their claim favorably thanks to the information you provided.”
Now that’s a pat on the back for sure!
